  When last I blogged my peeps, it was midway through Season Two of Top Chef. Alas, Sam the Hot Diabetic did not make it into the finals. It was a molecular gastronomy wielding Marcel versus razorback-headed Ilan. In the battle of the saffron versus Mr. Science chemistry kit, Ilan brought home the TC crown.
  An exciting Season Three ended with an emotional win for Hung over competitors Casey and Dale, high atop the Colorado Rockies.
